Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for November 2011.  Wow!  Talk about a major turnaround!  The strong surge of homes going under contract we saw in September in the $100-149K price range, and closing in October, pretty much fell flat in November.  Only two homes between $100-149K closed in the month of November, compared to 25 in October.  On a positive note, there was finally some movement in homes priced above $250K.  The number of homes under contract in November show some signs of improvement for sales in December for homes priced UNDER $250K.

Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011.  There really isn't any rhyme or reason to the Nixa Real Estate Market right now.  Home sales are down in the $150-200K price range, consistent with the Springfield MO Real Estate Market, but much less than the Ozark MO Real Estate Market.  However, the number of homes under contract in this price range indicates an upward trend.  The number of homes on the market has drastically increased over this same time last year.  It is definitely a good time to buy a home in Nixa, but not the best time to sell.
