Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for October 2010.  The market in Springfield is fairly steady at this point.  There was some decreased activity in the $100-200k price range, which is reflective of the fact that the first-time homebuyers market is pretty much drying up, but the activity in homes priced over $200K is continuing to show signs of life again.

Below is the Rogersville MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010.  The sales data for September was disappointing; however, there is a bright ray of hope shining on the number of homes that went under contract this month.  Looks like the market may very well be on its way towards a rebound in Rogersville!

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010.  This month's report has changed very little since last month's.  Sales of homes priced over $200K have been non-existant for the past few months.  This is a great community that offers excellent access to Springfield and excellent schools.  Buyers would do themselves a favor to not overlook this community when considering where to buy.

Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010. I was surprised at a couple of things:  1)  The number of active listings dropped by nearly 100 homes, and 2)  the sales activity for homes listed over $250,000 were way up...even compared with the past couple of years.  This community is continuing to show signs of market rebound.  Here's to hoping the trend continues!

Below is the Ozark MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010.  This month's report is much more encouraging in that the number of pending sales has increased to be even greater than the number of homes sold in some price ranges, while the number of active listings decreased slightly.

Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010.  This month's report is very exciting when you look at the inventory.  The number of homes going under contract in most prices is greater than the number of homes that actually sold.  This indicates an upwards trend in the number of buyers in the market.  However, sales in Springfield are down overall in comparison with the past couple of years.

Below is the Rogersville MO Real Estate Market Report for August 2010.  The real estate market in Rogersville is continuing to struggle.  This community offers some of the best homes in our area, easy access and commute to Springfield, yet is often overlooked by potential buyers.  Many of the homes in this community have acreage.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a buyer looking for a newer home on acreage at this time.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for August 2010.  It's good to see that the market is finally beginning to pick up in this community.  While the inventory of active listings increased, the number of homes going under contract and sold during the month of August more than doubled.  However, homes sales above $200,000 remain stagnant.

Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for August 2010. This is the brightest report from Nixa in several months.  There is good news overall!  The number of homes active on the market increased; however, the number of pending home sales and the number of homes sold literally doubled.  This community is showing signs of a rebound.  Let's hope it's not temporary.
