Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for August 2011.  Wow!  What a turnaround!  Just look at how much the $100-150K price range has taken off!  There is improvement in nearly every price bracket for Republic, but the number of homes under contract in the $100-150K price range has soared.  Great news for sellers....FINALLY!  I can't wait to see how the final stats play out next month.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2011.  It's good to see that the market is on the rise.  The number of homes under contract between $100-150K is a great indication of how this price range is taking off.  While several homes sold in the $150-200K price range in the month of July, the number of homes under contract in this price range indicates that this segment of the market is not as active as the past couple of months.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for September 2010.  This month's report has changed very little since last month's.  Sales of homes priced over $200K have been non-existant for the past few months.  This is a great community that offers excellent access to Springfield and excellent schools.  Buyers would do themselves a favor to not overlook this community when considering where to buy.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for August 2010.  It's good to see that the market is finally beginning to pick up in this community.  While the inventory of active listings increased, the number of homes going under contract and sold during the month of August more than doubled.  However, homes sales above $200,000 remain stagnant.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2010.  I am late in getting this report out, but wanted to go ahead and post it to have some continuity with August's report. Like the other smaller communities surrounding Springfield, Republic sales dropped by over half for the month of July.  However, the number of homes going under contract is up from the month of May when only 3 homes actually went under contract.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for May 2010.  I had to check my data a couple of times just to be sure I was seeing this right.  There were only 3 homes that went under contract during the month of May.  A dramatic difference from April, when we were still within the first-time homebuyer tax credit.
