Lina - Excellent market report for Nixa MO. I love how you showed the sales price to list price ratio, I'm sure a lot of buyer's would be shocked to see that percentage.
Michelle - many buyers come to our area from out of state and it's hard for us to explain to them that we are still selling within an incredibly small percentage of list price. I know that is not the case in other areas of the country. Hope you're having a great Independence Day!
