I'm a little late (okay, very late) with July's report, but needed to go ahead and post it in order to have an accurate tracking to compare with August's report. The market in Nixa was down considerably during the month of July. Only 12 homes went under contract in all price ranges collectively compared to 30 homes in June.

Lina - This area has the more diversity of price ranges.
Nixa was a community that boasted the highest number of new construction homes during the "boom" years. It is also an area where you can find homes on acreage close to Springfield. Many of the homes in the higher price ranges in this area have 3-5 acre lots, which will increase the value of the homes. It was also very easy for a builder to build higher priced homes on acreage because they were in the county, and not subject to city inspections.
