Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2010. I am late in getting this report out, but wanted to go ahead and post it to have some continuity with August's report. Like the other smaller communities surrounding Springfield, Republic sales dropped by over half for the month of July. However, the number of homes going under contract is up from the month of May when only 3 homes actually went under contract.

Lina - It looks like this one does not have the higher price range like Rogersville? Mostly $100K-149K median?
I am getting ideas on doing graphs as I have not done any yet.
Ken - Republic was a booming community during the big selling season, but sales have dropped off dramatically in the past 3 years. This area did not have the luxury home market like the other outlying communities around Springfield.
