Lina - If I am reading this right the first two graphs indicate 1 sale in the $500K and over? And now you have a surge at 16 active listings? That is great. It looks like the median is $100K-200K.
Am I correct?
Ken - you're right on the money! Rogersville is a unique community in that it also encompasses Highland Springs, which is a luxury home development on a golf course which hosts the PGA Amateur tournament here each summer. The inventory report will include homes for sale in Highland Springs, as well as those for sale in the City of Rogersville, which is a small community located about 10 minutes east of Springfield. Many believe Rogersville is the next "boom" town in our area. I tend to agree with them. :)
