Home sales are down in the $150-200K price range, consistent with the Springfield MO Real Estate Market, but much less than the Ozark MO Real Estate Market. However, the number of homes under contract in this price range indicates an upward trend. The number of homes on the market has drastically increased over this same time last year. It is definitely a good time to buy a home in Nixa, but not the best time to sell.
