Two years ago I listed these amazing new construction homes for sale in Ozark, MO. Throughout the time I had these listed, we encountered one hurdle after another, and not just ordinary hurdles, HUGE hurdles. But with perseverance we were finally able to get them SOLD!
As I picked up the last real estate sign and drove away, I felt as if I had just sent my child off to school. A problem child, but one that I loved irregardless. These homes were an incredible value for their new owners, which happened to be first-time homebuyers. Incredibly happy first-time homebuyers!
There aren't a ton of new construction homes for sale in Ozark, MO, but there are still some great buys left. If you're sitting on the fence, this would be a great time to kick it in gear and get moving. With interest rates this low, it has never been easier to buy a home! These great deals won't last forever.

Lina I am sure those first time buyers were extremely happy to get into new construction. I like the way you wrote this post, the line" I felt like I had sent my child off to school" is something many of us can relate to.
