Lina, I love the new sub-division in Nixa, MO. What great homes!!! I definitely believe there is a great market for new construction. Nixa, Mo is really booming, and the location will be great to get to Medical Mile in Springfield, Mo or to the Branson Landing or even to Table Rock Lake in literally less than a half hour! SELL THEM ALL!!!!! I would love to do another deal with you, it is always gets done!!!
