Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for March 2012. As with the surrounding communities, Springfield is showing signs of market activity increases in nearly every price range. Looking at the 3 month comparison, home sales are nearly doubling in homes priced between $50-300K. This is the most activity we have seen since the first-time homebuyer's tax credit, and I expect to see some very healthy numbers for April. It's a great time to list your home as inventory is down from last Fall.
